Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using StationReady360, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
Description of Service
StationReady360 is a cloud-based equipment management platform designed for fire departments. The service includes equipment tracking, inspection management, PPE tracking, and compliance reporting features.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use StationReady360 only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Upload malicious code or content
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into StationReady360. We do not claim ownership of your equipment records, inspection data, or other content you create.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and we will provide notice when possible.
Data Backup
We perform regular backups of data stored in StationReady360. However, we recommend that you also maintain your own backups of critical data.
Limitation of Liability
StationReady360 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or business interruption
- Decisions made based on information in the system
- Equipment failures or compliance issues
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StationReady360 from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
